Q: Why did you create this?

A: I spent a lot of time with other VR gunstocks and wanted something immersive, practical, and easy to use. I hope it brings you the same joy it brings me.

Q: Why is the off-hand a cup instead of a magnet?

A: When you bring your off-hand back, a magnet can pull it in and kick the stock, which can throw your aim off in-game. A cup is more universal and avoids that kick. For the main hand, a magnet is still useful for quick attach and release.

Q: Why is ForceTube compatibility important?

A: ForceTube adds a physical recoil impulse to VR shooting. The Raven keeps that option while retaining the rest of the stock.

Q: What is the suspension system for?

A: ForceTube's kick can move your hands on a rigid stock. The suspension absorbs that movement so the haptic hit is still there while your controllers stay steadier.

Q: Is this intended for children?

A: It is a virtual gunstock that looks and feels like a rifle. I would keep it for adults, but each parent should decide what is right for their family.

Q: Is there a left-handed version?

A: The current M4 and PFD90 are built to work for left- and right-handed players. If something does not feel right, email me.

Q: Which VR controllers will this work with?

A: It depends on the gunstock. M4 V5.0 is for Valve Index Knuckles and Quest Pro. PFD90 V1.0 adds PlayStation VR2, Quest 3, and more. Controllers are not included. If your setup is not listed, email me.

Q: How modular is it?

A: Main parts swap without a toolbox. Front modules, the magazine or cup you rest your off-hand on, and the buttstock can all be changed. The M4 includes an all-rounder magazine and one for SMGs in Pavlov. More pieces are coming, and I am open to design requests.

Q: How do I get help?

A: Email ravenvrgunstock@gmail.com. If your stock breaks, email Rob and I will help.
